Cameron Toth
Cameron Toth is the Founder of Próspero and CEO of Toth Event Staffing, a Westchester-based company he has grown over the past 15+ years into a trusted partner for high-end hospitality and private events. A natural connector and community builder, Cameron has spent his career bringing people together — not just for events, but to create meaningful relationships that drive business and opportunity.
His journey has been anything but traditional, becoming a father at 19 and building his career through persistence, real-world experience, and a commitment to growth. Cameron is also deeply dedicated to youth development through his longtime involvement with Sound Business, Inc. and the launch of NextStageLeaders.org, helping high school students gain exposure to college, careers, and leadership. Through Próspero, he is combining business growth with social impact — creating a community where professionals prosper together while opening doors for the next generation.
